301 stainless steel plate

301 stainless steel is austenitic stainless steel with high work hardening rate. The tensile strength of strip and steel wire can be as high as 1300MPa or more, and it can produce 1/16 hard to fully hardened cold rolled sheet. It can maintain sufficient ductility under 1/2 hardening conditions, and can be formed into aircraft parts, building structural parts, especially railway car parts by rolling or bending. Whereas, 3/4 hardened to full hardened cold rolled sheet should be used for simple part designs requiring high wear resistance and elasticity.
